members and non-members; however, you must be a member to post or comment.
Community members may “subscribe” to blogs and discussions. When a member subscribes to a community blog he/she will be notified via email when a post occurs.
We have a “tagging” system with “smart-tags” that help members submit and browse blog posts that are related to one another.
Again, everyone can view our blogs and discussions, but only members can comment on specific post.
